First time having a leg wax and scrub here. Rhea was great, very attentive and friendly, but I did come away with a sore patch on my inner thigh and some areas where the hairs were missed. I would book again though.

I came in looking for a 1-inch trim and although I definitely agreed to having a “little” more cut to make my hair look healthier…. I think a good 3 inches was cut off, and not all the hair that was cut was unhealthy or split when I saw it on the floor afterwards. My husband and friends have commented today on how short my hair looks. Disappointed.

This review is mainly for the salon, not the staff. I booked an appointment with Alina, but on arrival I was told she wasn’t there.Another hairdresser said he doesn’t use clippers, so a barber was called. He tried his best, but neither seemed experienced in styling short women’s hair. Unfortunately, my haircut was ruined. I also didn’t receive the wash and conditioning service I had paid for. Very disappointing experience.

Felt like they don't know what they're doing. Extensions definitely not fully dry. Not the best blow-dry. They didn't style and set the hair and deliver a nice finish. Argued with me and shouted. No atmosphere in the salon and no hospitality.
