The technician was kind and lovely, but the service was disappointing. My broken toenail was clearly visible, yet somehow, unfortunately, a drill was still used to remove existing gel, rather than a soak off (having paid extra for removal). Nail glue was then applied to try to mend the nail, but without proper support like gauze or silk (standard practice) causing the nail to split further. Other toes’ cuticles were also damaged due to incorrect drill use under the proximal nail fold.

Nice, relaxing head massage and pleasant products, and staff but overall overpriced for what it is. The blow-dry brushing felt a bit rough on my scalp and wet, damaged hair. End result looked good, but the finish didn’t match the relaxing vibes.
