I hadn't used Russian Dollz before and I don't think I will again. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was by far the worst wax I've had in 12 years. The room that was used had no door and was in the middle of the shop so anyone could have just wandered through to use the toilet while I was half naked! I was expecting hot wax, but this was not the case (this could have been my fault, perhaps I read the description wrong), but anyway, instead of the wax being next to the bed which would have made sense, it was at the end of the bed so everytime wax was used, I got drips on my legs. I kept getting 'sorry' and 'oops' when the wax strips weren't pulled off properly. The used wax strips were thrown into an already full bin and when I went to put my shoes back on, I noticed one had even been thrown on them! I was glad when it was over, but I then had to go and buy home wax strips to get the rest of the hair out and there were loads that had been missed! I definitely think the Hollywood wax here is overpriced. The staff were lovely, so can't fault them for friendliness, but I won't be going back.
