DO NOT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT HERE! The salon was closed. I waited in the cold and finally walked away twenty minutes after my appointment time. I had paid for parking too. After my appointment time I received an email from the hairdresser saying the manager hadn't left her the keys to open the salon - I tried to reply but the emails bounced back as the inbox was full. An hour later she text me. She clearly had my no to call me in advance!
