I just wanted a quick trim, which Ruth did a great job of! She was lovely, very efficient, professional and friendly. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted (she gave me some advice on what would work best for my hair type but did not override what I wanted, which I really appreciated as I've had so many hairdressers in the past who have ignored my wishes). Came out feeling really happy and fresh and light!

My hair was badly damaged but now I have a completely new hairstyle that it's what I expected to be like! Fully satisfied 😊😊😊😊

They are literally my favourite eyebrow threading team. Absolutely love my eyebrows everytime. Clean place, friendly and polite staff!

I went for the second time, I didn't feel the same welcome I got the first time. She didn't go above and beyond, as a hair dresser she didn't recommend or voice her opinion on the cut I wanted because it would of been ideal if she had educated me on the the two styles of cut and explained the pros and cons of each cut for an hair dressers point of view. I also realised later that when I got home the cut was uneven and I would not go back.

Treatments were done well. Pedicure was not in classic chair though. All in all, good for the price I paid.
