Wax was good & Ruth was nice but customer service was awful.
Got a call 1hr before to say it was double booked & asking to rearrange which I couldn't as I was going on holiday. He said he'd phone back to confirm but never did! Tried to phone him a lot back but no reply.
Then phoned the salon & the woman on the phone said she'd look into it but never got back to me & also stopped answering calls.
Went to the salon which was locked. A neighbour let me in & luckily I could get the wax. Dont book!!
