Whilst there was no problem with the treatment, the room itself was quite cold for a back treatment where I was required to be topless. The person who provided my treatment didn’t turn away or offer me any privacy when getting undressed, and made a phone call during my treatment without saying anything to me about it. The atmosphere wasn’t very relaxing as the smoke detector was continually beeping to indicate it had a low battery.
