I was disappointed with my massage. The room lacked ambience, the door wouldn’t stay closed, and there was no suitable place for my clothes. The massage started late, oil was poured on my scalp without asking, and despite requesting more pressure on my neck/back, this wasn’t addressed. The bed was repeatedly moved, and turning over was awkward. Excessive pressure was applied to my eyes, leaving my right eye swollen. I left feeling more stressed than relaxed.
