Rubbish booked in for 8 nobody turned up paid for the haircut and. It got one

Forced to leave a review due to no response from Treatwell. Booked a haircut for 15:00. Arrived on time to find a client already having his hair cut and two more waiting. I was the only person to be wearing a face covering (the barber was but not covering his nose). The customer already in the seat was finished by about 15:05. The one barber in the shop turns and asks for the next customer. I ask if there's just him working as I've booked on for 15:00. He says yes and asks if I can wait an hour.

For the first time it was good and I wasn’t expected cut my hair the way I want so better than that the guy cutting my hair was from my country Persian Iranians much easier for me
