By far the worst experience I’ve ever had from any service establishment. I booked an 8AM haircut with Mario days in advance to make sure I had a haircut following the COVID pandemic. Booking through Treatwell, I paid a non-refundable sum in advance. Nobody showed up at all. They still have my money and won't return it. As the reviews suggest, this situation has been going for several days.

Had an appointment and when arrived the shop was shut. There was another man that was waiting as well. Got a brew from next door hanged about but shop did not open. Walked and found another barber, got it cut there. The shop was shuttered up. 😡

It was closed when I got there for my appointment and nobody answered the phone.

I arrived at 9am for my appointment only to find the business closed and shutters down. No-one arrived till almost 9.30am, when I said I had an appointment they said don't take online appointments. He said they wouldn't be open till 10am. I won't be trying to book again OR recommending.

I’m surprised at first because they don’t even know this website where i make an appointment but after that they tell me everything about their prices and how they deal with customers. So i think you website help me for finding this shop . Thansk
