My appointment was an hour late which was a little annoying but not the biggest issue for me, however I would have appreciated being told earlier (and given an accurate timing - it wasn’t going to be 20 mins late like I was told when I arrived, it was an hour).
My hair looks good though and was styled just how I like it.

I came for my appointment and got asked to wait for an hour as the hairdresser was running late. When I came back after an hour I still had to wait 15 mins for Ryan. I have shown a moodboard and expressed clearly my expectations - simple bob with a bit of a steep. The hairdresser cut my hair 3 times, as they were still too long and the steep wasn't defined enough. The experience felt rushed and unpleasant. My haircut is not even so I have to go to someone else to even it out. Don't go.

Very professional, friendly and talented hairdresser 💇♀️! Finally I found a salon in Manchester city center ❤️ where I can relax and not worry about what is happening to my hair! Whoop whoop 🙌

Why isn’t there a no star rating option!? Worst haircut I have ever had - wish I could post pictures on here of just how bad my cut actually is.
