Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hairdresser didn't fully understand what I wanted and took some 'creative freedom' meaning that I'm not 100% happy. That being said it was great value and the cut is good, just be very clear when explaining.

No thrills hair cut experience. It was a cheap haircut & I got what I wanted/needed & value for money.
I did think that when they washed my hair they were quite rough with my head, I am more used to the massage-style hair wash, this felt a little rough. The hairdresser didn't set my hair particularly well either, it was still a bit damp & felt greasy from the products. That said though, I got value for money, my hair is now trimmed and healthier and I would probably go back.
