The hairdressers here are lovely but the receptionist was incredibly rude to me! She told me that I was not allowed to book the new talent stylist even though it is listed on Treatwell as an option! I was going there once a week to get a blow dry but from now on I will go somewhere else as she was incredibly rude and very very mean. Instead of apologising for the salon not getting their descriptions right on Treatwell she tried to make out that I was in the wrong as the deal I had on treatwell was too good! If The hair salon doesn’t want to be on Treatwell they should take themselves off it! In any case I will start using a different hair salon as the woman was so cruel to me I am too scared to go back there.
