The description was stating the service was including color,cut and blowdry and when arrived there the owner told me cut and blowdry was not included that if I wanted i had to pay separately. I show her the service description on treatwell she said she doesn’t care as wad not her fault. As I booked for a special evening, I needed a blowdry and I haven’t got time to go back home and do it myself so I had to pay 28£ on top of what I ve already paid without any discount as a compensation. This tratment was totally unfair as was not my fault if the decription was misleading.
