Excellent blow-dry, shall definitely go back, in spite of the fact it was performed by a junior stylist, it held extremely well and I am happy with it

Very efficient staff, clearly knew what they were doing, but I have long thick hair that won't stay in pin curls very well so I asked her to use tongs and although I understand the time involved in pin curling my hair she gave me a very sour look. I wasn't going to pay £35 for it to just fall straight out. Also had to pay for water when I asked for just tap water? I know it's Chelsea but water really?
