I nearly walked out before the treatment. They took me downstairs to their dark basement. The toilet facilities were disgusting. No loo roll, broken door, stained toilet, no hand wash. The treatment room itself was FILTHY. Didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. So unhygienic. Was asked to undress in front of the therapist. Who didn't shut the door at all during the treatment. The wax was painful. She hadn't heard of hot wax when I asked why they didn't offer this as opposed to strip wax. The whole experience was awful and traumatic. I have been waxing for 10 years and this was the worst experience I have had. Please don't go!!

Eyebrow Threading
Considering this was a very last minute booking from myself, they were very accommodating and friendly. I absolutely loved my haircut and she was kind enough to give me a blowdry for free. I loved it so much I have booked myself in for another cut in 6 weeks.

The staff are very good my brows were whipped into shape painlessly and quickly
The salon is clean nicely decorated polite staff and reasonable prices
I will be returning for tinting of brows and lashes
