Sevil is very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming hair stylist. She makes an extra effort to recommend appropriate hair care routine as well as more flattering haircut style that is customised to your hair type. I received several compliments after I have visited this hair salon, hence highly recommend it!

Sevil herself was nice and I could tell she was trying to fix the situation, however, I was very unhappy with the service. The end product was very streaky, and the top of my hair was ashy blonde whilst the bottom was orangey and warm. I had asked throughout the service about blending them in but she kept saying it would be fine. Sevil kindly offered to do a toner the following day, however, this would not not solve the streaks and when I emailed 3 days ago asking for a refund, I had no reply.
