Sevil herself was nice and I could tell she was trying to fix the situation, however, I was very unhappy with the service. The end product was very streaky, and the top of my hair was ashy blonde whilst the bottom was orangey and warm. I had asked throughout the service about blending them in but she kept saying it would be fine. Sevil kindly offered to do a toner the following day, however, this would not not solve the streaks and when I emailed 3 days ago asking for a refund, I had no reply.
