Not satisfied at all. The service listed on Treatwell (for which I paid in advance) specified "Removal and shape", instead the lady only removed the polished and said that for the shape I should pay £4 more. When I showed her the service I had paid for on Treatwell, she pretended not to understand - just a few seconds after explaining me in perfect English that I would have to pay £4 extra for the shape. On top of this dishonest behaviour, she was even aggressive in removing my nail polish and really damaged my nails given that she removed the first layer without using acetone - she went straight into scratching the gel away from my nails. Won't ever come back.

The technician was lovely, very precise and was paying attention to detail.
They had lovely background music and the venue is bright.
