Not very big on customer service. I came in with a big smile and was received with a something of a sobering "lets-get-the-fuck-on-with-this-shall-we" pissed off attitude. Which I also got the first time when I went in for my manicure and was happy to write off as a bad day for her but a second time??? Again??? Throughout my pedicure the lady who was attending me had her friend there and the two were having their own private conversation in Chinese or her friend was watching me get a pedicure. Wasn't very relaxing for me. Felt more like the 3rd wheel and slightly on display. Would have felt more comfortable if she had asked if it's ok for her friend to be there.
In terms of the service I had 2 coats as opposed to my preferred 3, which didn't last long at all. Less than 10 days on the hands in fact, which I cant justify for the price. The space was clean however and it's not the worst manicure/pedicure I've had but I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend for the price.
