Not good. I wasn't asked how firm, if there were any focus areas or injuries etc. The masseuse missed my left arm entirely. I paid for 45 mins but it started late and finished early. Don't waste your money.

Honestly, the lashes DID look nice and natural when they were finished but they didn't stay that way for very long. I got them done on Saturday and almost half of them had fallen out (especially on the right eye) by the following Tuesday! I paid £100 for a full set online and then saw the price in the shop at £85, so I'm not sure why that was the case? The lady was fairly nice and polite but the application was not made very comfortable, the light above me was so bright it was hurting my eyes even when they were shut. The worst part was when she glued down my eyelids together on my right eye and had to literally pry it open with the tweezers! It was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, lots of the lashes have gone wonky and won't go back into place even after grooming with an eyelash brush. I also sleep on my back to prevent this happening. Overall I'm not very impressed and would not revisit the salon.

Amazing speed, the lady listened to my requests, didn't comment on my nails, will definitely come back.
