Rose was friendly, welcoming and easy to be around. I thought I’d booked for a 90 minute full body massage. I was offered a complimentary facial which I was thrilled about so expected to be there around 90+ minutes. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding but I came away feeling like I’d had my face cleaned and not much of a massage. My lower back, neck and thighs were missed. Overall the treatment felt brief (just under an hour) and not quite what I was expecting.
