Had TRIPLE booked appointments. Colleague who should have been doing my appointment was meant to be doing nails at same time, but had phoned in sick that morning (appointment was 1pm) so I was given the phone to speak to a manager who wasn’t there.
She said the gentleman would stop doing current clients hair to do my blow dry, which I said no to! I also ended up resolving another customers nail appointments- all in all SHOCKING!
