The massage was ok but the biggest problem was communication. Turning up and it seemed they didn't even know anything about treatwell. So after 30 minutes of waiting, they finally found the booking.
They did give some extra time for the massage, but obviously waiting round unsure for 30 minutes doesnt make it a relaxing experience :(
