Rose was amazing. Really lovely girl and listened to what I wanted . Lilli was very friendly and I loved my haircut and blow-dry . She really looked after me and made me feel special for the day... Will was also very attentive and gave me a lovely head massage while washing my hair .Before this service I had lots of problems with my hair that was very dry and frizzy after that my hair was very soft and shiny. Big Magic . I will definitely be back ... such a wonderful experience

The best salon for me anywhere! Not only because Rose, who highlights my hair perfectly and is amazing, kind, friendly, attentive and professional with a great sense of humour. She also doesn't do inane chat, which I prefer. All the colourists in the salon are top notch. As are the fab stylists and I don't have favourites because they are all great. What I really thinks makes the salon so fantastic for me is that Mandy runs it so well. All the people that work here look stylish and it feels a happy and welcoming environment. Drinks are offered all the time and magazines too. The facilities are clean and with lovely products. For me it is a great experience to come here. Which brings me to the face of this outstanding salon. I mostly deal with Rose at reception. She's amazing, kind, caring, thoughtful, professional and fab. She knows when I need my hair cut and highlighted and knows my voice instantly and I never have to explain anything to her as she remembers my needs. She always goes out of her way to make me feel like a VIP. In fact I can say this about Rose and Summer as nail artist also. They are amazing too. I think this salon has fantastic hair professionals but it also feels like I'm visiting friends on their happy homes. No request is too much for any of the people working there.
