Lashes don’t last long but worse than that is Rose, the manager. She is rude and laughs when any complaint is made. She is unable to colour hair, applying around 5 foils total for a half head of highlights. She was then laughing when it turned out ginger and blocked me instead of issuing the refund she promised. Do not use this salon.

Do not use this salon. Rose is rude and unable to apply foils or toner, but laughs and refuses to refund. She promised a refund eventually but then blocked me instead of honouring her word. She applied a toner which left my hair ginger and laughed, refusing to accept responsibility. Rose simply cannot colour hair and refuses to refund so that someone else can correct her work. Avoid at all costs.
