Sam was fantastic, asking about the level of pressure and any particular areas I would like her to focus on. I certainly felt more aligned and almost lighter after the deep tissue massage

The staff were so lovely and accommodating however I didn’t enjoy the sauna experience. The sauna itself didn’t heat up enough I just about broke a sweat so overall it felt slightly underwhelming. I had a shower afterwards but the water kept going ice cold.

I enjoyed my wax and facial with Shikara on Saturday she is always very calming, and makes me feel relaxed even when I'm chatting her ears off we have great conversations and she is very knowledgeable.
