The therapists were lovely honestly. But the place itself was really really poor. The massage really hurt and I was in agony. I could not relax at all. The room was cold and I could hear all the noise from the reception area. The sauna is like a box and had someone else’s hair in it on the floor and corners. The staff were lovely but it was just not worth it for what I was expecting. The massage was very painful and the therapist kept nudging past my arm with her leg and apologising. Poor.
