JR was very knowledgable and let me know what was happening at each stage of the sports massage. He ensured I was comfortable and not feeling pain from an injury I had.

Having suffered headaches as a result of a very stiff shoulder, Ayisha got to the bottom of the problem and I had full range of movement after my massage. She is very knowledgeable and I felt very confident in booking in for another massage to continue with my treatment. The facial was amazing, so would also highly recommend this,

I had to book this last minute as I didn't know how my week was going and how my partner felt so I was so happy that Annisah (not sure if I spelt her name right) was able to squeeze us in!
We got in and were greeted warmly by everyone, we were ushered to the locker room and had our robes and slippers ready for us! We had our strawberries and prosecco then went to the sauna which we had for an hour.
We then moved to the treatment room where we had an AMAZING couple's massage!
