Not a good experience. Unfriendly welcome, slow service, therapist had a horrible cold which isn’t ideal when in close proximity to clients all day, and my nails chipped within 24 hours. In addition, the answer machine was beeping the entire way through my treatments right next to the nail station which was very annoying. When I asked the therapist if there was something she could do about it, she laughed but did nothing.
