Arrived early but room was no where ready so had to wait.
I was then left waiting for up to 10 mins , undressed faced down on the table.
No apology for the delay.
Hot oil was placed directly on my back which made me jump and surprised as its normally applied to the hands before the body. No apology again.
Massage it self was great very relaxing just the right pressure.
Venue itself was good except loud chatting conversations outside in other areas/ treatment rooms were off putting.

A disappointing visit this time, it was a fantastic massage however unfortunately only 20 mins duration when I'd booked for 30 mins so felt a bit cheated! Checked my watch as I was left in the room for what felt like ages, it seemed a bit chaotic..possibly because it was a Friday i.e. end of the day & week. However, it's such a lovely place and the experience i've had in the past has been much better I don't think this would put me off returning!

When I got there i was taken to a reception area and offered refreshesment but the seats were low and uncofortable and the area was a bit noisey. The room was quiet which surprised me the Theropist was firm handed which I didn't mind. The Treatwell price was £26 but I was charged £30
