I took advantage of a treatwell prepaid voucher for a mani and pedi. The lady doing my nails was lovely and did a good gel manicure, however at the end I was charged an extra £5 to remove a tiny tip of nail varnish from two toes, which took less than a minute to take off. I was not made aware of this nor was it indicated that removing existing varnish would incur additional cost on the offer. I was subsequently informed that they normally charge £10 for full removal off nail varnish on all toes on both feet. However for less than a minutes work I felt ripped off and will not be returning.
Gel Nails Manicure
There was a slight mix up with my booking and S.spa were amazing in rectifying it and making it up to me. Amazing massage once again.

Brazilian Waxing
After a very long and stressful week, a hot stone massage was exact what I needed. The staff are friendly and welcoming, even offering herbal tea when I arrived. Ashleigh was respectful and pleasant. The massage was high quality, with relaxing music and low lighting. You could hear the occasional motion outside but nothing to ruin the experience. I'll definitely be returning and trying some of the other treatments too.
