Tasha was incredible! She was very mindful of my needs and made me feel very comfortable. I have a bad back and sciatica, and she was mindful of this when I was having my massage checking in with me to make sure I was okay and the pressure was good. She was calm, friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the whole experience I had.

Massage was amazing and really relaxing. Perfect pressure and great therapist. My facial however wasn’t as expected. Had the same facial at this venue with a different therapist and this time my face wasn’t steamed at all. Seems different therapists have different processes of the same type of facial.

Terrible experience. Completely unsanitary. The masseuse had a massive cold and was continuously sniffling through the massage, which made it impossible to relax. I truly am sorry for the therapist who had to work even though she was clearly not fit for it. I blame the shop. I spent £70 to be treated by a sick masseuse, sniffling all the time.. and every time she stopped massaging me I couldn't help myself but imagining that she cleaned her nose on the paper towel I was laying on.
