I booked over the phone for a treat for my partner and her mother.
They didn’t get everything I was booking.
The facility was in the basement of the building no natural light or Air. The stairs was not safe as hand rails lose. They filled out the paperwork about health and my mother in law has COPD and spent the hole time on her chest as the therapist hadn’t checked the paperwork. The beds were too hard.
The therapist didn’t talk while they done the treatment or explain what they were doing

Absolutely amazing Swedish massage! From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The therapist had the perfect balance of pressure and technique, melting away all my stress and tension.
