The salon is very lovely and clean. They seemed a little confused when I turned up for my appointments, but any confusion was fixed quickly. Only problem I have had now is that after 2 days I lost one gel extension, and after a week I lost another.

Salon perfectly clean but wax not great. No effort to make you feel comfortable, didn't knock before entering, and a few patches left where there shouldn't be after the wax.
