I’ve been coming here for years and always had a good experience, but sadly this time did not. I booked a Brazilian and upper leg wax but there was so much hair left over it would not even count as a bikini line wax. Being heavily pregnant, I told the therapist I couldn’t see but that it felt as though there was hair left. She looked and said there wasn’t. But there were huge patches left on both bikini area and legs. I paid £57 and had to pay again to get it done properly somewhere else.

I booked my eyelash infill two weeks in advance but the day before my appointment I was told they had no glue. We agreed they would buy some locally and keep my booking. I cycled in rain to arrive on time but in shop I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and moved to the next day, which was very inconvenient as I had to wake up at 3am for flight. I attended exhausted and with flu cos of cycling in rain.The lady used too much glue making it difficult to open my eyes. Disappointed
