I arranged my appointment for 4pm and had to wait until 4.35 to be taken in. The massage was good but was supposed to be a full hour and in the end only lasted around 50 minutes so I would be wary about going here again.
Deep Tissue Massage
1. There was some kind of refurbishment work going on which meant the whole place smelled like sawdust and there was banging and hammering going on for the whole hour.
2. Pressure was terrible - was meant to be deep tissue but even after I asked for firmer pressure she didn't change what she was doing. Awful.
3. No towel on the table which meant I got really cold when she wasn't massaging parts of me. Also meant I was completely exposed in my underwear when I was lying on my back.
4. No pillow for when I turned over which meant my head wasn't properly supported and was in the hole on the table.
5. Someone opened the door when I was lying exposed on the table in my underwear, utterly unbelievable. They shouted an apology through the door but it was a terrible experience.
Complete waste of money, uncommunicative, rude staff, who didn't seem to think that a shut door in a beauty parlour meant it was occupied. Never going back ever. terrible experience.
Deep Tissue Massage
was an hour early for my appointment as i was in the area, but they still managed to squeeze me in. The hot wax was speedy but very effecient - would recommend
Brazilian Waxing
Whilst the massage itself was good, it didn't last the full half-hour and for that short period of time, every minute counts.
