Gel Nails Manicure
No aromatherapy, cold room, cold hands, no communication about why I was waiting or what I needed, no offer of any drink, so-so massage that felt like it was a chore for my masseuse. Will not return and would not recommend. I only went because it was local and I had a £10 wahanda voucher. A lost opportunity for them to gain a new customer.
Aromatherapy Massage
The waxing lady was so lovely, kind, interesting, and most importantly very good at what she does! she was sensitive to my needs and was highly efficient and quick. highly recommended!
Hollywood Waxing
I had the same beautician for my pedicure and my manicure. She really took her time and did a very good job, even giving me a pair of new/clean flip flops to wear rather than my bare feet, to move to the manicure station, which I thought was very lovely of her. She did an excellent job and gave me good advice too.
Pedicure
The beautician who did my manicure was lovely, very professional, skilled at her job and ensured that my nails were dry before I left. She was pleasant and friendly and ensured that I felt comfortable.
