So when I first walked in I was greated nicely by the staff, my massage was amazing, the girl that done it was very good and I enjoyed it, however my eyelashes were absolutely terrible. For the first 18 hours they were fine, but the next morning half of them had fallen out. I rang the salon to complain and they were so difficult to deal with.
I had to ring back and email numerous times to get a response as they were not emailing back. I sent a photo to them to show just how bad they were. They would not accommodate me at all even when I explained I got them done for a weekend away, they asked me to come back in AFTER my trip to fix them! I asked for a refund so I could get them done elsewhere but they would not do that, they only offered me a gift voucher or to reschedule me back in with the most experienced eyelash extension technician. I work in the beauty industry and if I or my staff treated my clients the way I was treated I would be disgusted! I am going back to them them redone, only because I have no choice and I would lose out on £40!
I was and still am, very disappointed with the outcome!

Massage chair was not comfortable since controller did not work. Foot bath also did not work. Besides the dryer for pedicure did not work properly and it was hard to make a balance and dry.
Many colour options, so I am happy about it though I do not think I am going again.
Manicure
I normally come here and have a good experience but on this occasion, the staff kept me waiting and weren't particularly polite. The service was as good as usual and i hope future visits will be more enjoyable.
Facial Threading
Pedicure was excellent and eyelash tint was very good - the beautician took great care in removing the tint perfectly so it did not sting at all. The eyebrow tint was a bit patchy though.

The worst massage experience ever! I regularly to go massages to various salons, but this was the first (and last) time I went to this salon. It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage, but the massage I got had nothing to do with a real deep tissue massage for sure. Moreover, it didn't even feel like a professional massage at all.
Secondly, the massage started 25 minutes late, and even though I paid for an hour long massage, it lasted only 45 minutes.
