I was informed on my last visit that I would have to have a full set of eyelash extensions in order to buff out the last infill I had. I booked this and paid for it online. I booked on Monday for an appointment on Thursday that week. When I arrived no-one had processed my booking and they were not expecting me. I have made 3 bookings via Treatwell with this venue and every time they never expect me - does no one look at the system? No one informed of what was going on and after 20 minutes of waiting with no news, I asked the receptionist. She said y therapist would be with me shortly. Within a minute she did. I went in and was told I didn't need a full set. The treatment lasted for 35 minutes when it was supposed to be 1 hr 30 mins. I was not given a refund. I'm never going to this salon again - terrible advice and service.
I went for a hollywood waxing. It was quick and well done. The beautician was really nice and make you feel confortable which is helpful when getting a wax down there! I definitely recommend this place.
