The staff member providing the treatment was professional and provided an excellent service. However, the rest of the staff at the site made this a very negative and uncomfortable experience, so much so that I am unsure whether I would ever use this salon again. Whilst waiting for my treatment there were 3 staff at reception who could clearly be heard making fun of clients, even flat out laughing at a client placed on speakerphone. It was incredibly rude, highly unprofessional, and created a very negative environment as it continued throughout the treatment.
Again, the treatment iyself was excellent, and the staff member probiding the treatment was great. It is a shame the others were not as mature.

All treatments were excellent and the salon was very relaxed and stress free - probably because it was a weekday and they were not too busy. I was offered hot drinks, given magazines, and the treatments were really really good.
