Had eyelash infills. The treatment was meant to last 1 hour but I was out within half an hour. I was told that rather than have infills in another 2 weeks, I would require another full set - this didn't give me the impression that I was getting value for money.
I had my gel nails removed - instead of soakings them off the beautician filed all the polish off my nails. It was quick and easy and clean, but scratched the surface of my nails a bit. Nice staff and efficient venue though :)
So when I first walked in I was greated nicely by the staff, my massage was amazing, the girl that done it was very good and I enjoyed it, however my eyelashes were absolutely terrible. For the first 18 hours they were fine, but the next morning half of them had fallen out. I rang the salon to complain and they were so difficult to deal with.
I had to ring back and email numerous times to get a response as they were not emailing back. I sent a photo to them to show just how bad they were. They would not accommodate me at all even when I explained I got them done for a weekend away, they asked me to come back in AFTER my trip to fix them! I asked for a refund so I could get them done elsewhere but they would not do that, they only offered me a gift voucher or to reschedule me back in with the most experienced eyelash extension technician. I work in the beauty industry and if I or my staff treated my clients the way I was treated I would be disgusted! I am going back to them them redone, only because I have no choice and I would lose out on £40!
I was and still am, very disappointed with the outcome!
