Helena the girl who did the hot wax treatment was very good and lovely!
There wasn't any mention in the booking that it wasn't hot wax. But the receptionist change it to hot wax for a little bit more. So all good in the end.

Ladies' Waxing
I have been to this venue many times and the service is always good but sometimes it changes a bit with the girl doing it. This week I had probably the best manicure of my life. It was fast, professional and absolutely spotless. I couldn't be happier with it. Definitely recommended!
