Pedicure
I've been to this venue a couple of times and always had spotless manicures. This time however, about half an hour after I left, most of the nails started to show those little bubbles. It looks really bad. I have yet to add another layer of top coat to try to fix it, but I'm not very happy. I'll come back there though, I'm sure it was a one off problem.
Manicure
Would not recommend! I had a brazilian wax and as always I pointed out a mole that I have and asked them to avoid it. Halfway through the wax I felt a splatter of blood on my arm and the waxer had waxed the mole off! She then denied it and said that the blood was totally normal for a wax. A terrible experience. As for the rest of the wax - I have regular brazilians and have never felt so much pain from one - the waxer never pulled the skin taut and had a horrible technique. I would NEVER go back to this place - for the reason that they messed up so badly, and then lied about what they had done. Honestly - it's worth paying a few extra quid to go somewhere else.
The salon was rather disorganised. I booked on Wahanda and they then called me to change the time, and were really inflexible with timings, even though their slots on Wahanda's booking system were quite flexible. They then sent me an email rearranging my appointment for another time to the one agreed! When i got to the salon, I was left waiting 15 mins for my treatment to begin, and even though i was early, they didn't give me the requisite paperwork to fill in until after my appointment was supposed to have begun - i was sitting about waiting when i could've been filling in the paperwork!
The actual treatment wasn't too bad - the therapist was very sweet and helpful. However, she recorded my measurements in centimetres rather than inches, and i noticed that the measurements taken weren't accurate when i read the tape measure as she measured me - she was writing down the measurements to make me seem bigger at the beginning and then slimmer at the end! I didn't notice that much difference, but my skin did feel smoother. The therapist was also very polite and friendly, which definitely helped. I'm not sure if I'd go back to that salon, but i would be tempted to try the treatment again.

Really good massage. Very friendly and professional staff. My only issue was the noise from the rest of the salon.
