I award the waxing session 3 stars. It was overall good but think they could potentially use tweezers to remove little hairs also.

Nice and clean salon. Staff look professional and well kempt. Not much chat whilst getting threading done which is fine as lovely job done by the therapist.

Gel Nails Manicure
No aromatherapy, cold room, cold hands, no communication about why I was waiting or what I needed, no offer of any drink, so-so massage that felt like it was a chore for my masseuse. Will not return and would not recommend. I only went because it was local and I had a £10 wahanda voucher. A lost opportunity for them to gain a new customer.
