Everyone was super friendly and relaxed, uncomplicated proceedure and Patricia made me feel super safe and comfortable. She was chatty and made sure I knew what was happening at every point.

Had some problems with my time slot, i was pushed back an hour and then waited 15 mins because of a "mix up" but massage was nice and relaxing

Very friendly staff who made me feel very comfortable. Very efficient - I didn't have to wait beyond my appointment time - and nice atmosphere.

last minute appointment. Happy to fit me in. very nice, friendly staff. clean room although I believe they may have been redecorating.
Brazilian Waxing
Had a hollywood wax... even though I paid for a hollywood hot wax i got a strip wax. It hurt more at the time but i think the young girl wanted to leave and was in a rush. Using strip wax has caused me so much bother, I have had about 15-20 ingrown hairs all over, so difficult and painful to deal with. I thought i was in good hands but clearly not. Will not be coming back to this place.
