Waxing lady was friendly. However, equally as clumsy. She left lots of noticeable hairs and I at times felt as if she did not know what she was doing.

A very good clinic and excellent massage treatment which was much needed after a very stressful week. Excellent value for money too!
Deep Tissue Massage
The woman who did my wax was young but more experienced than many I've had before, and did an excellent job.
The customer service (receptionist, etc) was not great, but it was fine and my aesthetician was really nice as well.
