The staff were still cleaning the salon when I arrived and my beautician was 15 minutes late for my appointment. She was very friendly but didn't do a very thorough job at all; it was very uneven and she didn't actually remove all the wax so I had to do quite a painful DIY job at home... I probably won't be using this salon again.

Everything was great from the first moment. They treated me very well and the service was good. I will come back.

Lovely place with friendly staff. Really great value but the wax took a few more goes than I would've liked. Ouch.

It's not very clear that it's 3 sessions of 30 min - totaling 1hr and a half.
The therapist that treated me was amazing, very friendly and clear.
Cellulite Treatments
Had a Brazilian Wax. Beautician was professional. Didn’t say anything and got straight into waxing. Was ok for what I paid for but had better (although paid much higher price). Missed a couple of spots also was a bit more painful than used to as she didn’t press or tap on skin straight after wax. You have to ask but got the impression wasn't keen to touch. But all in all not bad for very good price.
