the booking was very bad as they changed my appointment twice - giving me new appointment before talking with me about it. And after changing it I kept getting emails and texts saying the wrong time so it was very confusing and I had to call them a few times .
When I arrived for my appointment a young girl working there said I had no appointment booked!!
After this poor start everything else was very good so I went away happy.
First time booking here with Wahanda and unfortunately after I made the booking I was informed by the Salon that they do not have staff to handle my appointment. I had to change my schedule (since I had pre-paid) and go much earlier than planned. The salon was not well kept at all - very basic and unsanitary-looking equipment. The massage chair for my pedicure didn't work and the armrest was also broken. The staff who did my nails was nice and I didn't have any issue with her but the salon itself is not one I would like to go back to. Too bad no pictures on Wahanda to give you an accurate sense of what salons/spas are actually like!
My mani- and pedicure was done in 1 hour - the salon was clean and the girl who helped me was very nice.
My nails look spotless and she gave me advice to make sure i'm not cutting my nails to short next time.
Would recommend it!
Treatment was ok didn't last an hour , felt a bit rushed I did have this in my lunch hour from work but I always get a pedicure done and normally just let me toes dry naturally but the beautician was lovely and did do a excellent job pleased with the out come will go back
