Dont book here at the moment. They messaged the day before my appointment to say they had electrical problems this week. They are ignoring my request for a refund as I paid in full on the treatwell app beforehand.

Can’t fault the treatment, always friendly staff and great at waxing. The salon itself is a little tired but that’s understandable with the busy location. Not luxury decor but the waxing is quick, painless and I’m always happy with the results.

I arrived at the salon and it was closed with no explanation at all. I’m really disappointed, it was completely unprofessional on the salons part.
