Staff were nice but the ambience of the place wasn't great. They didn't pluck out in-grown hairs as I have experienced in other salons.

This is a friendly salon in a prime location. Not the freshest-looking place, but staff were friendly and competent, and I was very happy with the result!

Very accommodating, saw me straight away even though I was early. Beauty therapist was very quick, efficient and polite. Offer included hot wax which was a bonus. Location very easy to find, short walk from tottenham court road opposite primark, very easy to find.

I have been going to this saloon for a long time for all my beauty treatments and all I can say is how excellent they are. You are always made to feel relaxed and comfortable. and if you need advice on anything, they are full of knowledge and able to give you excellent advice on anything. I special thank you to Luisa, an Italian girl from Naples who was in charge of my treatment last time. Recommended.
