The place was easy to find and the woman who waxed me was very friendly and informative and made me feel comfortable. The process took 15 minutes. I booked another wax fir the same deal. 100% going back.

Excellent impression. I arrived early for my appointment and was immediately accepted. The room for treatment was very warm and welcoming. The beautician was very good and I did not feel any pain. Plus, i received ed a free treatment at my choice, and now I love my eyebrows! I will return soon. :)

I am new to Wahanda. This was extraordinarily good value! I have now booked several treatments via wahanda (had another good one today) and will continue to do so.
Treatment at West End Beauty was exactly what i wanted and they even threw in a FREE eyebrow threading! Initially staff not overly welcoming/friendly so not exactly the luxury spa experience, but hey, what i wanted was a wax, and that's what i got (for 1/3 of the price of what i usually pay). Therapist was very quick, thorough, and no nonsense. Just got it done and did a great job. I rebooked for my next treatment as value and the job she did were both excellent.
