The surroundings is pretty basic-you have to go through the hair dressers, up the stairs- but the therapist (Talan) was great!!

When you first walk in the salon doesnt look that nice, but when you get into the treatment room it is suprisingly nice. The lady was really nice as well and the tretment was good.

Overall the staff was nice and made me feel comfortable, however I found that the treatment has been done a bit in a rush and so i am not totally satisfy .

Therapist was brilliant - made me feel relaxed for such an intrusive treatment. However did find when I got there a promotion running cheaper than what I paid for on Wahanda....so not a great deal as I thought!

Very good value for money and the beautician was really lovely and we had a nice conversation throughout to put me at ease and take my mind off the pain. The place isn't too fancy but for a quick wax that's not a big issue, would recommend for a quick wax! Although some hairs were left which meant they grew back very quickly so maybe more precision with the wax! Other than that the service was lovely
