Fantastic value for money in a clean and convinient location. It wasn't the best hollywood I've ever had but definitely value for money and friendly service.

I am new to Wahanda. This was extraordinarily good value! I have now booked several treatments via wahanda (had another good one today) and will continue to do so. Treatment at West End Beauty was exactly what i wanted and they even threw in a FREE eyebrow threading! Initially staff not overly welcoming/friendly so not exactly the luxury spa experience, but hey, what i wanted was a wax, and that's what i got (for 1/3 of the price of what i usually pay). Therapist was very quick, thorough, and no nonsense. Just got it done and did a great job. I rebooked for my next treatment as value and the job she did were both excellent.

The surroundings is pretty basic-you have to go through the hair dressers, up the stairs- but the therapist (Talan) was great!! Pain free waxing! I really mean it> I bought 3 more Hollywood waxing .

When you first walk in the salon doesnt look that nice, but when you get into the treatment room it is suprisingly nice. The lady was really nice as well and the tretment was good.

Overall the staff was nice and made me feel comfortable, however I found that the treatment has been done a bit in a rush and so i am not totally satisfy .
