The ambiance is not very warm but the therapist was well on time and quick. She did the waxing job properly. The room was very clean (unlike the entrance on Oxford street). With the voucher, it's a very good value for the job.

hot wax with a free eyebrow threading included! the lady was brilliant. very happy and will recommend to my friends :) if you are looking for a hollywood wax which doesn't break your budget i would definitely recommend this place!

Brilliant waxing, pain free and the best I have ever had. Would most definitely recommend this salon - don't be fooled by the exterior; the treatment was spot on and I'm absolutely returning

Staff was very efficient and I was seen to quickly. I liked the music from the hairdressers downstairs but a lot of people aren't into their danc music. In saying that you couldn't hear the music in the treatment room but soft, mood music would have been nice to set the scene apart from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street.

The location is really good and the salon is super no-frills but the therapist was exceptional efficient and good fun. All in all very good service and value; I have already booked for the next treatment.
