all staff where cleaning on arrival. afifa done my wax and was very dillegent to ensure she got every hair. made me feel at ease and stopped if it got a bit painful for a moment. made me feel at ease

Felt uneasy with lack of communication about the treatment and not so friendly manner.

Staff are nice and the service is fast. Don’t need to wait long queues. For Brazilian wax, i need to tell the staff to please be gentle and provide pressure using her palm just right after removing the strip so the pain can be reduced as pain can be distracted. There are still hair strands left on the surface and wax still on skin after procedure.They should just cut it or whatever.overall it is okay.
