Felt uneasy with lack of communication about the treatment and not so friendly manner.

Staff are nice and the service is fast. Don’t need to wait long queues. For Brazilian wax, i need to tell the staff to please be gentle and provide pressure using her palm just right after removing the strip so the pain can be reduced as pain can be distracted. There are still hair strands left on the surface and wax still on skin after procedure.They should just cut it or whatever.overall it is okay.

Hit and miss each visit with this clinic. Never quite sure. They do hate knowing you scheduled through treatwell though
