Could be friendlier and communicate better. Important to talk through the procedure of treatment to the customer if it's new to them. Also it's not so polite that the staff talk to each other in their own language around the customers.

I had a good experience. The service was excellent, was quick and the lady was wearing gloves which I really appreciate. Definitely recommend this place to any one.

I have had the Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage before at the salon and was happy with it but this time sadly was a disappointment. The treatment was more of a rub/stroke rather than massage and it lasted 22 min rather than 30min. This time was not worth £25, I suspect it is a matter of which member of staff offers the treatment.
