Each time staff members discourage me from using treatwell to book or pay for my treatments. They then say I cannot get a stamp in the reward book you can get if you go there often. They weren’t aware of how treatwell works nor the price or time of my appointment. I was asked to show the staff the treatwell website to show that I had booked and then price of my treatment. I was told treatwell takes commission so they cannot provide a reward stamp. This has happened on more that one occasion. Made me feel like a child getting told off for being naughty instead of an adult receiving a service
